Thank YOU for being such an inspiration to young writers, and for offering so many great resources to teachers. You’ve given me a ton of new information and helped spark my imagination as a writer and a writing teacher. And yes- the contest has been a blast. For years i’ve asked kids about the grossest things they’ve ever eaten. This was the first time I asked grown ups. good (bad) stuff!
I am thrilled to discover this “Enemy Pie” site. I love “Enemy Pie” and am sharing it with my class asap! We are having some “friends sharing friends” issues in class and I think your book will send just the right message. Thank you!

did you see the “how to make enemy pie” tab on the home page? that’s a fun way to incorporate the ideas in the book. i hope your school year is going great, despite the friends issues…
I won the contest for a signed Enemy Pie book. I was/am very excited. I contacted the author but haven’t heard anything back. It has been a little over a week. Just wanted to make sure that all I had to do was let the author know my entry for swallowing a fly won. If I need to do anything else please let me know.
